My earliest recorder memories are of Eugene Reichenthal in 1975. Early on, he organized the recorder organizations, LIRF and SCMEA on Long Island. In 2000, after a couple of years of coaching, under Rachel Begley, Ph.D. in Recorder Performance from Stony Brook, Eugene invited me to be a member of The Recorder Orchestra of New York. Over the years, I have grown to appreciate the full extent of recorder capabilities and repertoire of the Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque periods.

I play soprano, alto, tenor, bass and great bass and thoroughly enjoy every playing experience available in the metropolitan area.
